In this senior therapy group, you are invited to decorate an upcycled cigar box to encapsulate your memories and parts of yourself. You are welcome to bring photos, papers, or preferred art supplies. Take time with others while you create a space for reflection.

Mondays from 10-11am 10/14, 10/21, 10/28

In this open fibers group, bring your existing project to use art as therapy. Join others to make and relax together. No registration required. Graciously accepting donations.

Monthly group for teens to explore creative self-expression in a supportive space.

In this Adult Art Therapy group, you are creating your own ceramic tableware.

Thursdays 12/5, 12/12, 12/19 from 6-7pm

Join us the first and third Thursday of the month from 5-6 pm for an open group for musical expression and catharsis. Bring your own drum or use one of ours!

In this Adult Art therapy group, you are encouraged to explore and experiment with different materials and techniques for the sake of healthy artistic risks! Come get creative and messy as you treat your curiosity. Your choice of material: clay, painting, or drawing. An art material and technique will be demonstrated each session.  Crave out time for yourself to play and mindfully engage in an art activity.

In this Adult Art Therapy group, you are making art in a second hand book to illustrate your story, goals, or reflections. We will be using a variety of styles and techniques to make your book truly yours.

Thursdays 11/7, 11/14, 11/21 from 6-7pm

For seven weeks, will explore each of the chakras in depth through movement, meditation, and music.
